Waiting to Join/Disconnect problems

Hey, I’m constantly getting disconnected from Halo Infinite Quick Play, and BTB servers, despite having strong internet connection. I play on Xbox One, and am having no other problems with my internet. This has happened 3 times within the past hour. Are there any suggestions/support I may receive?

Lol I just got banned.

On PC and having the same results. It seems every 2-3 games it fails to load or just can’t connect (only played BTB so far). No other issues with connection outside of Halo. My guess is it is server issues on their end.
