That seemed pretty obvious. They had an official thread and they don’t want to deal with it anymore so they closed that down.
because around here, the mods lock all the threads and ignore the issue that people (including myself) have met ALL the requirements but NEVER received this supposed email.

stuck at level 70… just got the multi kill master which gets u 10,000 exp and i dont even get it because im stuck at 70…lol sweet game
iM STILL WAITING FOR MY CODES TOO! I CANT TELL YOU HOW LONG IVE WAITED FOR THEM. IVE CONTACTED XBOX SUPPORT AND THE ONLY ADVICE THAY COULD GIVE E WAS TOO CONTACT 343! THEY HAVE REALLY MESSED UP THEIR SYSTEM HERE, AND THEY BETTER FIX IT SOON! IF NOT, THEN THEY WILL LOSE A WHOLE BUNCH OF CUSTOMERS I EVEN KNOW A FEW PEOPLE WHO SOLD HALO 4 BECAUSE OF THE ISSUE. 343 WE ARE SICK OF WAITING! GIVE US OUR DAMN CODES ALREADY! FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
I have had halo 4 since the day it has come out and I have not gotten any codes or anything sent to me. I am stuck at level 70 and I find this a big piss off I can’t even rank up anymore. If someone has any idea what is going on please let me know.
well ive heard 2 things. either people like us wont get our codes AT ALL, or we will just have to wait a long time! WTF IS UP WITH THAT! but at the moment no one else knows whats going on with 343 and the codes.

Just got out of a chat with XBL support. They sent me here.
i was talking to xbox support and they said that it was confidental and only halo 4-343 had something to deal wth the codes. they had no idea they were even being given out until people started complaining.
they sent me here as well. i asked them if there is any way i can contact 343 directly. they said that they dont have any direct contact details as such. they said go here. and at the moment nothins working!

That is weird since Xbox Live is distributing the codes and 343i is not.
