So originally I pre-ordered this game to play the HW:DE over the holidays, that was halted when I found out I had to wait 7 days to get the code to be able to play.
I pre-ordered the game 22/12/2016.
today its 1/2/2017
I’ve waited my 7 days, still no code
any suggestions on getting this CODE like NOW

Go to the actual XBL forums or call customer support. Should get it the next day.
