There’s been no confirmation on whether “vaulted” gear will be available/unavailable in the future.

343 has stated that all modes are to be returning.
That includes War Zone.
And quite frankly, REQs would likely return with it.
It would be a great system to ensure that ALL items are available to be obtained when an event or battle pass is no longer available; ergo players will try to get REQ Packs as often as possible.
Given the fact that the cosmetics have rarities that make no sense, it can only mean that 343 is more incompetent than a cheese-grater thief or they are bring back REQs.

Since they removed daily bundles due to lack of cosmetics ( I presume season 2 specific ones ). You’d think they’d consider making Dailies and include all Season 1 bundles and what not in them.
I dunno… For now we’ll just have to wait and see what they do going forward.
Source for that? Additionally 343 said this game would launch with coop and a roadmap would be provided by February. They can claim and plan for, but unless I see all game modes in Infinite I don’t buy it.

Indeed they can claim all they want.
And given 343’s track record, this game will probably follow the footsteps of Halo MCC - underwhelming until 5 years have passed since launch.
But to be frank, we are seeing management be shuffled a little bit, so who knows; perhaps Halo Infinite will be as Infinite as it claims to be.
If this started because of me, don’t worry bout it I’m just a human dumpster fire that likes to get hyped up easy. Now, I haven’t seen all of Rambo’s posts no, but maybe I worded something to make it seem like I believed everything was factual and that’s on my part, my apologies. Even if it did come come from 343 id still take it with a grain of salt.
They are planning on adding a battle royal so it wouldnt surprise me if they did add warzone itself
Req packs would still be better then the store we got rn it is torture waiting every Tuesday but ill agree req packs might be a stretch.

Introducing REQs again is a sure fire way I never buy from the store.
To date, I have never bought a REQ pack or loot box in any game and never will. I’ve bought stuff from game stores before when I know what I’m getting. But when it comes to gambling (not up for discussion, it’s a gamble, that’s literally what it is…), I won’t do it.
Well never bought a req pack either I earned all my halo 5 armor threw playing the game you dont need to buy them its optional which still makes req packs better than this store
In terms of not being better,
everything was free (by earning ingame currency) and they didn’t duplicate any armors of any sort. None of said armors where locked behind a real money paywall neither. So in terms of that! it’s much better than the cursed system infinite has now, and what mcc is said to have real soon too

I tried telling people in the mid 2010s, “As far as MTX go, the Req system is surprisingly ethical. It actively discourages you from buying, if you want the fastest progression.” - because if you did want fast progress, you grinded Bronze until you got all of the Common-Uncommon. Then you did Silver for the Rare pool. Then you did Gold, finally, for the Ultra-Rare and Legendary pools.
And it just worked like that the whole time. You got so many items, so much garbage that wasn’t good that you could just sell most of your req inventory and keep buying new packs. I outpaced every single one of my friends and by about SR95 I had everything.
Sadly, then I stopped playing. All of the content was mine. There wasn’t much else left to do.

Crazy thing is it took me a while to learn that, grind bronze, then silv, then gold. But I will say there was too much stuff yes. But given how so little stuff there is in infinite it’s quite better. Plus it gives players a chance to get things they they previously couldn’t get. Everything that was vaulted in season 1 and such.

I feel like they need to just make the store a bundle thing and let us buy pieces separately in the armor hall
Like if they could add a way we could earn them id be 1000% down for that to but i feel like thats kinda wishful thinking with infinite rn
Or if they could just not lock stuff that where free in previous games behind a paywall to begin with. I’m ok with them doing special edition never before seen things that you gotta buy but to make us buy things that where free in previous games is pretty low of them.

I know what you mean it pisses me off I cant even color my spartan the way i want even when we can finally see them in matches besides infection which im still waiting on
But ill work with anything if i can finally get new armor
