Waiting for code,343 don't ignore us

I have been eagerly checking every were this email or message could be but simply I’m getting shafted out of one and would truly like to to know why since I have a receipt or a GameStop card to prove when I purchased the game and started playing. Bottom line this is not fair for honest people trying to get farther In the game 343 please explain this to me before I sell my game since I can not go any farther

You’re probably wrong as I’m having the same problem, live in US, 17+ yrs, bought game at midnight launch, popped it in when i got home and was on xbl. Still no code,
