Yes, that Halo Bulletin said that players will receive a unique emblem, AR weapon skin, and armor skin (along with a Spartan IV avatar).
The Arctic BR skin is separate from the LE bonuses. Same goes for the armor skins (and bonus emblems). So you can get those and the LE bonuses. At the same time if you pre order the game.

Pretty much yeah. I am considering on buying from Amazon as well though i do miss out on Arctic BR and i am obsessed with the BR +__+’. The CIO and skin look pretty rad, if different.
So let me get this straight, If we pre-order the limited edition, than I will get THAT skin, plus the store specific one, and JUST the AR skin? Also, are the skins that are advertised solely usable with the armor they are shown on? for example, camo armor skin is only usable for Hazop armor?

Damn it.
That makes two of us.
For instance, I’ll be preordering from EB Games, and am in Canada, so I will get 2 Spartan skins, the AR skin, and the BR skin.
The AR is such a pro, badass, boss weapon.

It was just used as an example to show off the new skins and what not. Otherwise we would have seen the following:
Skin: Forest/Hazop.
But instead as we’ve seen in the images…
Armor: Hazop
Skin: Forest
From that, one can safely assume that the skins are not specific to the armor but rather a separate feature to customize armor with.
If it was just a skin that was a pre set of armor, it totally reduce the customization one would be able to do and a step back for the series. Which wouldn’t make sense for going backwards rather than adding more and lots of people like customization options.
Otherwise, the pre order bonuses are separate and you can get them with the LE if you choose to.

Well with the forest camo no one will see me when i blend into the scenery if there is any landscape maps =D
I’ll just watch everyone get killed and they will say what the heck was that! =P
