Waist armor/belts

I don’t know why they decided to remove belts or other waist amor but I think its makes the armor look silly and I would love for them to return. Too much undersuit is being shown and man in some armors it is just bad.

343, I don’t know if its possible to add waist armor to the multiplayer sets we are getting at launch but if possible can you maybe add in a ton of decent looking armor with waist pieces in the future via req packs? You could also get creative with them, have grenade betls, forerunners belts, etc just something covering that area.

343 are not in this forums, this is community filled only, so they won’t see this.
As for the undersuit, i like it, makes the spartans look sleek.

If you scroll down to the M section, you can see the Mark VI and its different variants. The significant difference I noticed between the Mark VI and Mark VI [Gen I] is that the waist area of the Gen I uses the old belt style armor.

It’s based on lore as far as I know, the Gen 2 suits have much better shields and because of that they don’t need as much plating which makes the suits lighter and gives the spartans better movability.

Please for the love of god some of that has to be wrong.

Locus is just reusing the aviator body (which is hideous)…that cant be right or I will not be happy

I had not noticed that they actually had cod pieces, that’s awesome!
IMO Spartans look so much better with those on.

Locus is using Aviator, Scanner using Soldier, Deadeye using Recon, Strider using Enforcer. None of those helmets had matching suits in Halo 4. Those were helmets designed for a specific purpose, which didn’t require a full suit to be developed.

Im aware, but whats the point of naming an armor set if its not truly the helmets companion armor?

Well I can tell you that the space diaper as depicted in Halo CE would make it harder to move.

Then where do we go to get 343’s attention?

I have an argument to this. I think that there’s a point where you have to take into account what the fans want, and how most people like it. If it looks better then sometimes I think lore and reason should be taken out of account. Also, why take it out? Once their shields go down, it’s game over to their crotch XD. I mean, sure, it makes it lighter, but there is also the fact that having the waist peice would add even more shields along with the already stronger shields to begin with. I can’t forget to add how literally Spartans in halo lore still moved a lot faster than normal with the waist. Idk, there’s just too much to take into account to just make a silly excuse like “it’s halo lore.” Doesn’t make any sense, and it’s stupid in my opinion. If anything just make it an option to have a waist or no waist for each type of armor.

Please don’t revive 2 year old topics thanks
