Oh absolutely, it seems like a fun setting.
Logically has to be the filter IMO, but I’m sure there’s a twist coming. There’s no way this scenario was presented without them knowing that this would be the majority’s consensus.
Kudos again for the writing of the story, really nice work with just text.
But wait… What if he doesn’t have the correct helmet?! Eaglestrike’s attachments are not free to pick!
I think it will help them identify something like an unknown entrance to the facility to escape the mist.
The breather just seems too obvious of a pick, I don’t think it’s going to help much.
I’ve thought this from the begining! I mean, if we had voted to let glassman live, I’m sure they would have let him live, but I can’t help but feel that they probably figured we’d vote to execute him. I’m not saying we don’t really have a choice, but I am saying that our options are at least a little bit rigged.
I feel like this is a trap. Like, something is going to happen where he can’t see so he mistakes his allies for enemies and guns them down or something. This is an awesome way to include the community and I love it!
I mean, that’s the only thing it has been called, both in menus and here.
Maybe the gas is poisonous but is it when it says it affected people differently is it a hallucinogen type like a drug will it make whoever breathes it in see everything differently like other people as monsters and the covenant even more scary? Like in batman universes scarecrows fear toxin effects? Be fun if the gas is like that i didnt take it as being posionous really like everyone else here. Or what if the gas mutates our hero he gets bigger more muscular deformed but alive or some other power? I dont think the gas is meant to kill our hero he picks goggles and it just ends he dies lol. Be cool to see what happens with goggle outcome but i think the winning vote will be gummytubes that sounds like they only half work? What if he just avoids gas and we miss out and he needs to see in the dark and misses something. Well see when the story continues in another 2 month wait hahaha
I’ve enjoyed the adventure, just wish it didn’t feel like it’s been months since part 2. That said gummytube! It was made for this occasion.
I’m now almost certain the doctor, if alive, had a counter for this mist.
I think the mist is like the flood
Maybe the tubes are infected or exposed and we made a big mistake also I would love to see a Sargent Johnson variant.
I just barely read through the story and I am absolutely loving it
A commander needs to be able to see what is on the battlefields but keeping the deadly effects of the mist away from Kolby seems like a tactically smarter choice. There is still a good chance of living long enough to complete the mission that way.
Thank you for the -Yoink!- story!!!
That seems like a logical assumption.
Spartans are designed to not have to depend on their visibility if need be
I’m not sure I understand why this content is being offered in the first place?
With Infinite sorely lacking narrative content and characters, why is time being spent on non-canon stuff?
I mean, it still sounds pretty goofy. Then again, this whole thing reads like bad fanfic…
It is a matter of gummytube or not and gummytubes from a dead person I don’t think I trust that much at all.
I can see why one might choose the goggles, because they could see through the gas. But I think both wouldn’t help in this situation.
