Vortex lightning hits air now??

Title says it all. Just faced a decimal who devastated my banshees with vortex. Isn’t it supposed to be ground target only…? When did that change?

No its been hitting air for the last few seasons. Idk why but it does

It started hitting air in season 5 I believe. However it doesn’t damage air. Only stuns.

The vortex lightning didn’t really devistate your banshees. I panic spammed grunts and used the vortex to keep them still while focus firing. it might have looked like the lightning was doing the damage from your point of view I’m not sure.

IK, ik, bit exaggerated lol. But the stun DID render my siphon completely useless. I wasn’t expecting it to hit the air is the main problem, hence just sitting there.

Yeah I was wondering why you just sat there while the power charged up lol. The vortex was able to hit air when the hero meta started.

It debuffs air but doesn’t damage them.
