When will be able to buy it?
The pack had to be removed from the store again shorty after it launched for non-english regions. There was an unforeseen bug in the pack where the announcers voices weren’t showing up in game. Team is working to fix but they don’t know exactly how long it will take. There’s a little more info in this week’s Community Update:
> Fans in non-English regions who are wondering about Voices of War should be aware that in light of an issue that was discovered a few weeks ago, the pack was immediately pulled from the store again until things can be rectified. We know many of you have been waiting a long time and we sincerely apologize for the delay. <mark>A fix is expected to be included in the next Halo 5 title update.</mark>

> Speaking of Halo 5 updates, the team is hard at work wrapping up a series of fixes and improvements slated for <mark>a maintenance update tentatively targeted for early March pending final testing and certification passes</mark>. This is subject to change. We’ll have more details as things start to get finalized.
