This is a known issue, teams are working on it. There’s a thread in support you can follow
IT’S NOT! I still can’t buy it in Singapore. Singapore is an English speaking country but we still aren’t able to purchase the pack!

So they delayed it to fix issues only to launch it with issues anyways. Classic.

Still not working in Mexico, at least if you try to purchase it with money.
I have a friend who was able to get the pack with a special code, so he got it for free, but at the moment I’m getting the same “season pass” error message.

The original issue was getting the pack released into non-english markets, I don’t think anyone anticipated the actual pack not working in-game. That was only discovered after 343/Xbox got the pack released. Hopefully it’s something that they can sort out pretty quick. As the pack is available to all regions now, shouldn’t have problems pushing it back out once the in-game issue has been resolved

Halos should be played with original (english) audio anyway. The voice actors did OUTSTANDING job, it should be appreciated.
