Voices of War not available in Europe (except UK)

It seems that the most recent REQ Pack “Voices of War” is not available in: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and perhaps other European countries. When you go to the Xbox Store, it’s simply not showing up and if you try to buy it in the REQ Store in Halo 5, it says “Season pass error, we can’t complete your purchase”.

I would like an explanation for this or at least a fix.

The only workaround i’ve come up so far is buy United kingdom pounds (xbox points card) of maby US dollars and change your system location to the one or the other. Then buy the -Yoink-. (u probably have to use a united kingdom of united states adress). I have been trying to get the voices of war for days now. It has infuriated me a bit lately. So i’ve gone to some lenght to get it, I wasted €10 on it because you cant use it :SBut finely with buying united kingdom pounds and changing my location to UK it finally worked. I’m glad that workes!

So if you walk the extra mile you will be able to buy it!

Well yeah I can actually do that too
I’m not playing Halo 5 Guardians lately so I’m not really that bothered about it much anymore, I also found out that there are some territories where the REQ pack is available with euros although I don’t know if it works
