I was watching arby 'n chief on youtube and I thought it would be an awesome perk to make the sound HURBURBURBURBURUBURB just as some of the characters do in that michinima when they die. In halo reach they made it so you had to unlock different voices. This could be work similarly to that structure. For an example of what I’m talking about, go to the episode ‘glitch’ from arby 'n chief and you’ll know the sound I’m talking about. Just an idea for additional perks for halo 4 or additional halo games.

It’s just an idea for a lighthearted customization option for people’s characters. It’s not a serious idea just something for casual players who like to laugh a little.
Maybe the confetti, but huburburburburburbur is just really weird and out of place, like the little kids making weird noises in their mics, and hearing a mom yell at a kid in the background.
