Voice Chat not working, can't hear anyone.

Can’t hear teammates at all, and my voice chat volume is set to 100 and is set to “ALL”. I tried manually changing what the output is instead of Default in App Volume and Preferences, and still nothing. This issue is across Windows installs, so I don’t know what the problem is.

For Voice chat speak press the keybord letter ‘V’
a lot of people (not me) use Discord or teamspeak for speak with players in this case you cant hear your team squad

People can hear me fine, I can’t hear OTHER people. Like, randoms (when I’m not in discord with people)

did you try to reset on the menu option the audio system?

yeah that didn’t work, I’m not sure what’s going on. This issue actually has carried across fresh windows installs.
