I have no idea why I got voice banned randomly…

Can leaving games cause this?
From my understanding is that if enough people mute you consequentially you will be globally muted.
If you’re voice banned it’s because several people have muted you for one reason or another.
It was just a random message when I signed into Halo 4, but it seems like I can chat with people… weird…
