My account got banned from voice communications for a week. Its going on two weeks and it still pops up saying im still banned!

Two weeks is still too long. It takes just a few seconds to mute somebody, why make a ban that lasts two weeks? I thought this was a mature game after all.
There is nothing mature about the way some people act in online games.
