How should things like weapons, environment, vehicles, etc. change or remain after reach
I like the way weapons like the AR, Shotgun, and Covy weapons changed visually in reach. Although needler should have a better reload animation (my thought, sorda like NR but on the bottom).
Any way, what are your thoughts?
I think H4 should take a less realistic tone and centre back on the pastel visuals that defined the franchise. Less industrial hardness and more soft vibrance would be ideal, like dense pine forests or maybe a beach hurricaine affair. Something more akin to the paintings in Reach’s menus. Halo 4 would be a pimped-out watercolour painting in my perfect world.
I agree with Rockout. 343i needs to not try and be like any other game and just focus on being Halo. Unlike a lot of games (Call of Duty for example), they give us a complete overhaul of graphics for each game. (Not saying that COD doesn’t change graphics, just not as noticebly as Halo does). They should make things visually stunning but don’t overdo it to the point that it looks like a cluster f*** of machinery
Gotta agree with Rockout. I want the colorful beautiful scenery that I can’t see in any other game. I’d like some realistic touches, like some head bobbing/camera sway, motion blur, ammo pouches (Where did Spartans get their ammo in Halo 2 and 3?), and maybe a little more blood (Halo CE without blood squirting from melees), but overall stay true to the art style
