I loved how 343 finally added something long over due, Visual Spartan health regen so you could see your health regen. would be nice to see something for vehicles to see where your health is at. It would really help. i know some would say, you can see the damage on it, but thats not an accurate representation and just like the health regen of halo 2 n 3 that was the same argument which i didnt find legitimate. i like the ability to see what the health is on a vehicle. I hope 343 could add something like this.
I agree. I don’t see it hurting anything.
Love to see your passengers health like ce + vehicle health.

me neither, i would also like it so i can see when the shields recharge on the mantis n banshee because you can tell if they fully recharged. you just have to guess based visually if it looks recharged which isn’t accurate so i wait about a second longer just to make sure it does but im sure im not the only one who does this so you last longer in a vehicle so that means it slightly slows down gameplay because we are slightly overdoing playing it safe. so it could help.

I wouldn’t mind this. It’d make it a lot easier to tell where the health of your vehicle is at during a warthog run.

I’d love this, as well.
Maybe they’re afraid of it cluttering the UI?
I fully support this though.
I wouldn’t mind seeing such an addition to the game.

The solution to this is actually pretty simple.
Teams shouldn’t have colors. It makes the personal selection of armor colors nearly pointless. Rather, players on your team should have a colored highlight around them. This means we don’t need a waypoint over heads except for at long range. This colored glow could easily be used to reference player health.
If you see your team mates as highlighted in Green, a fade to red could represent their current shield strength. Then the gunner behind you wouldn’t need any additional UI for you to be informed of his or her health.
This also would eliminate the occasional color unfairness between blue and red on certain maps. Players could choose their colors as they saw fit for any aesthetic or tactical advantage.
Heck, it even gives 343 room to start making Armor skins to further pad their req content.

I love that idea actually, Battlefield doesn’t force you blue or red and I know whom my team mates are and who the enemies are
