for the base xbox, I would be unsure about the ability of the CPU to push 60FPS. I was under the impression that the consoles did have customisable FOV but I may be wrong. Many people might be unhappy if the FOV was set at 120FOV since that would be highly uncomfortable on distant screens, also 720P is getting to the point of the image being incomprehensible IMO, especially if that;s being scaled up on someone’s 4K TV.
