We all know that helmet visors and/or gun skin (mostly visors) arent they unique but very colorful in Halo 5… or in Halo in general. Like you know getting a visor isnt really that special unless its actually a good, seble color. Some people might not like it or think its unnecessary but I just like more variety in things that I buy. In order to do something like that, I think Visors should be a little more…:
Effects: I don’t know how to explain it but you know… effects. Like it smokes or you can see glowing eyes right through it. Something that makes the visor more unique. This really isn’t my first idea for a visor but I think it can happen.
Design: I know they already have one for Emile with a skull on the visor but it should go much futhur than that. It needs to make it look different from the rest. Like its cracked or…change colors or something. I say that it should only work for certain helmets. Im not creative with visor designed but if 343i does do it, they can figure it out.
Something else that I think they should do is make the gun skins unique as well. And no, im not talking about customizing your own gun skin like CoD. Im talking about animated gun skins that effect no gameplay. Instead of having just a blue or gold or gun with a Pro Team on it. It needs more…:
Effects: Having effects on the gun will make the gun more noticeable and I guess… cool. Again, it is unnecessary but most people here like to buy something more exciting. Like idk. Have a effect that opens the gun to let out smoke with blue light shining and then closes every time it reloads or just make it a frequent thing. Better yet add moving effects on the gun as if it was enhanced with Promethean tech.
Stuff like that usually works. It is nothing like CoD and im not asking for customization guns. Something im asking for isnt in other games and can be added in Halo. It think it would be a cool addition and make people go “Woo I got the cracked visor!” or “Woo I got the smoke gun skin!”. It would be nice. Maybe have effects or legendary armor too? But I wont go into that because ill just be explaining the same thing. But you know.

I think weapon skins are pretty fine the way they are.
Seeing visors with backlights would be cool. Like the one Locke has.

Seriously? What game have you been playing? There’s an overabundance of unique weapon skins in this game.
Visors shoud be varied a bit more and I really like the idea of visors that change the HUD color. I think the weapon skins are good in terms of designs however, the color palatte should be increased. We have an overwhelming number of blue skins. The option to change weapon skisn and armor per team color and game mode would be sweet!

These are Spartans. Do you think they’d really go into battle with pizza on their weapon? No.

I think some transparent visors would be epic but that would require more modeling on the head’s. Still…
How about HUDs? Give me Vale’s HUD from the campaign and I’ll be very happy

Animated or Visors that stand out would make them more wanting to get. Not a legendary visor and say “This visor is a legendary because its purple… but shiner!” instead for the “This visor is a Legendary because its purple… but cracked!”. It would be SO MUCH MORE wanting.
I think a visor that actually changes your hud would be cool. Like when you play as Chief or Locke the shield indicator is different.
I think diffrent huds would be cool like in the campain. Or at least diffrent color huds.
