Fellow fans, I have noticed a grave flaw with the new Spartan armor. No it’s not the helmets or any armor piece. The flaw is the lack of wipers on the visor. The folks at LucasArts foresaw this problem back in 2005 with Republic Commando. See here the awesome power of wipers on a visor! Blood and guts comes right off with a simple pass a laser…thing. Now with respect to an associate who implies cupholders on all UNSC vehicles and equipment may win the war, I know for a fact these wipers WILL win the war.
I can only imagine the trouble our boys and girls in the Spartan program will go through with blood and guts flying everywhere and messing up their neat and pristine visors. Though it admittingly hasn’t been a problem in the past, it cannot hurt for the future. There are worst things to spend money on. After all if ONI can build a huge -Yoink- warship that crashes immediately after entering a Forerunner shield world, I think we could afford a few bucks to keep our visors clean.

I’ve always wanted a sort of feature that put dirt and blood on your visor when you kill an enemy or fell from a height and landed on sand or something. And this cleans it, hell yes.

I like to think that canonically, Master Chief spent the entire trilogy with blood and dirt all over his visor, not being able to see anything, and basically doing everything he did - stopping the Covenant and Flood, destroying multiple Halos and High Charity - while blind and operating only on his remaining four senses (well, three. I doubt he wanted to taste the Covenant). Why would he do that? Because it would be awesome.
WIPER BLADES!!! They should make us change it every so much uses and once it gets bad all it does is smear the blood and guts making it harder to see. ARMOR EFFECTS!!! 2000 CR for replacement LOL.
