The -Yoink!- war games competition that’s just started, can someone explain how your points are actually worked out…is it achievements or individual score each game or a combination?
I am in Tier 2 and consider myself to be fairly good at Halo, but I am just trying to work out how the leader at the moment in Tier 1 TwitchGamesager has accrued a score of 67195 points. Yet you look at his time played and its pretty minimal.
Boosting.Dont bother with the infinity challenge its all just an eloborate joke.

This. Keep your tier 2 and try to win some awesome prizes. I just wish they would stop calling it a tournament and start calling it an endurance contest because that’s all it is; whose gamertag can last the longest in the contest.
since everbody gets about the same amount of xp every match anyways, all it is is groups stomping randoms 24/7 with even a 12 yr old that finishes every match he plays from when he wakes up to when he goes to sleep, and he will probably be top 50
I’m pretty sure your score at the end of the matches are accumulated for any given day ( my interpretation ) So not the 1795 but the score ( 350 or whatever ) plus your win bonus…now please correct me if I’m wrong but I did the math from last nights rampage and its pretty darn close…just made it into Tier 1 BTW 
And just a quick not on top spots in the contest right now, in the final they compete against their own tier and there are some pros in there so whether or not you game hard now, you still gotta compete against these pros! Better bring game to back your endless gaming time come finals
Thanks for all the replies…hopefully Boosters will get Disqualified. Just couldnt think how on earth it was possible to have such a high score in such a relatively small amount of time.

i doubt it, they laid the legal, technical rules out there to obtain the truck. I remember a guy that had gotten into the top 6 perfect pitched games challenge for MLB 2K12, he only got in because there was no rule stating that you couldnt change out the opposing teams players for worse ones, which made it easier for him to do. This guy obviously cheated, and since the company laid the rules out they had to follow them and let him partake in the tournament for like $1m, even though he was a worse player and fell out in the tournament its annoying he made it that far. In reality, a booster is probably going to win the truck, thats all this contest is. Who can boost the most and have the most free time, instead of having a more fair draw that everyone can partake in.

cheaters/modders/hackers/glitchers yes, but people that get a whole 8 man infinity slayer full of friends and boost? im not sure about that
i bet the guys/girls on the top spot have been boosting or using modded controllers

sigh You can’t use ‘modded controllers’ in Halo games… they just don’t work…
Someone please tell me how it is possible to boost in this playlist, since that is what everyone accuses the top guys of doing. The max party size is 4 and unless they somehow match a different party of 4 that they are “boosting” with that doesn’t work. The people on the top of the leaderboards just play a lot.

Is that even possible? I believe there is a max party size of 4…
Anway, don’t bother with it unless you are willing to play Halo 8 hours a day even with Christmas and NYE.
