Maybe my eyes are sensitive but every time I get Viking I put on my sunglasses. The grass is so blinding I can hardly make out anything on the map. Maybe tone it down a bit like they did with Deadlock.
I could understand with the water but the grass? That’s new. And turning the tone down like deadlock? Also new to hear. Maybe your tv saturation settings are different?
I don’t think so. I actually think it’s pretty dull looking color wise.
Played almost two days of big team battle and I have not played on Viking once…
Hi, creator of Viking here. Kind of a random thing to hear as feedback. You can adjust your TV brightness or game brightness if you have an issue with it. The map has enhance filters on but it doesn’t make it any brighter, just the grass greener and the sky a little more blue.
…and to think people wanted me to make it all snow. It was so bright when i tried it.
These -Yoinking- lighting complaints… This is why Eden looks like a grape. Just change your display settings and be done with it.
Let the artists and forgers give the maps their own unique atmosphere for a change…

My TV has a “gaming” setting that dims the tv to enhance processing. It could just be me which why I only asked if anyone else had the same problem.
BTW It’s a fantastic map. You did a great job on it.
