As I progressed through the silver req packs I realized that there is no way you can view what certificates you gain from req packs. It would be nice to be able to view them so I know how many more silver packs I need to buy until I have all uncommon - rare reqs.
Just wait until the Silver packs start giving you a total of 3,000 REQ points back instead of new unlocks. Then you know that you’re finished with Silvers and should move onto Gold.

I believe there is a forum thread with that information like the emblem thread. If you search for it.
Actually, if you have go the certification for a weapon there will be a small blue icon in the top right corner of it. That’s how you can tell if you have it or not. Also there is the option of sorting by not collected reqs as well.

And silvers give up to rares so you can go from there.
