how do you view your file share on here? (343 website not the game)
Has yet to of been released. They plan to have it available in the summer at some point. For more info view the Halo Waypoint Bulletin thing.

what is the point in taking over the stats completely if you are going to miss out the fileshare part?

You can always tag them in-game and tell people to do a file search for the specific tags you mention.
