Vidmaster: 7 on the 7th Question

I would like to obtain every Vidmaster challenge (even though you can no longer earn the Recon armor from it, I just would like to do it for fun) but I see for the 7 on the 7th, you need 7 EXP. Is that exactly 7 EXP that you need?

You need 7 experience in one playlist and to search in that playlist once you do have 7. Must be done on the 7th of any month.
