Videos Give Play Button w Line Thru It

For the past week or so, i am unable to play videos on Waypoint Web. This is on iPad an iPhone. Just a symptom of high traffic or other? I’ve cleared cache, cookies, etc. restarted browser app, restarted iPad…still the same issue. I can find videos on YouTube to play but…

happens for me to, its frustrating but will probably be fixed by nov. 6th with a waypoint update whenever its released for ios…
