Video Selection Won't Load!!!

I’m trying to use the Halo Channel on Windows 10, and loading it up the app works fine. The only issue I’m having is that when it does load up, it only allows the current videos on screen to be viewed, and if I try to go to other tabs/videos, they are stuck with the loading ring and I can’t access the videos. Plz help

You might try reducing from full screen to windowed mode (Or go the other direction if you start in windowed mode) and going back into the areas that did not load. The spinners usually indicate the lack of communication with the server, but I was able to reproduce the problem, and changing the size of the app on the screen actually allowed me to load more data.

Ok that was it, although I don’t necessarily have the same outcome since mine only works in window mode. Thanks though!

I’ve been tracking this issue for a bit, and that is pretty much how I knew… we are always updating and pushing to fine tune the app, so I will make sure we specifically check for this in the future as well. Thanks for confirming!
