I have recently been starting up a youtube channel, and I was playing Master Chief Collection and one of the OST songs come over a little loud over the stream and because of this I was flagged for the song Push Through by Neil Davidge. The song was being played through the game and not from our sources. The odd thing was is the claim was made by

If the song is copyrighted in for youtube, the claim kinda is stupid because it was the soundtrack from your Game Halo 4 and I should not be punished because of this.
I would like to know if I have to make an apeal Claim on it. Please let me know
