Victory Shout pose - TWITCH DROP SAT-SUN MAY 21-22

Hi I watched Stress on Twitch Saturday for an hour and then I claimed and unlocked the Victory Shout Pose on Twitch I even have a screenshot of it, but then the game is not showing up. HELP PLEASE!! Is someone else has the same problem? I already created a ticket and haven’t received any help.

I have the same issue. Haven’t had any issues with the previous drops. The stance/pose doesn’t even show up as locked. It’s just missing straight up.

I’m having the same problem. No help from Halo support & Twitch support just says I need to contact Halo support. I’m guessing they’ll never make good on it. Before someone says “are you sure your account is linked properly” yes my account is linked properly.

Yes sir. I connected them all correclty. I have gotten every single one of the drops except for this one. Do you have any more ideas.? Thanks

Same bro!!! I created a Ticket for both Twitch and Halo WP and basically, they are telling me to double-check my connections between my Twitch and Halo Waypoint. This is dumb…this is the second time that something like this happens to me and they never give an answer or help at all. This place sucks if they don’t even help the players.

Same, my support ticket went no where.
Not sure how to properly “quote” so here’s the response from them on the ticket;

Thank you for your ticket and for reaching out to us about your issue with the Victory Shout Pose. However, Halo support is unable to assist you with an item redemption issue. Since the twitch drop is not showing up on the waypoint redemption history, I am unable to help troubleshoot this as Halo support only manages in-game issues such as crashing issues, audio, etc.

For future Twitch Drops, please refer to [our help article here] that provides some troubleshooting steps which help refresh the link of your accounts and help you receive the drops in the future.

We’ll be closing the ticket now but we will still forward the information on this ticket to the development team. Feel free to submit a new ticket if you experience any issues in-game.

Same here bro. They practically said (this sucks is not of problem, you are screwed.) I just don’t get why they offer support when they don’t give you a solution or help at all? Thanks do nothing Halo Support. If you are not gonna help please let us know before we waste our time.

I finally got mine a few weeks later.
