This system was really affective in halo 3 so why not bring it back.

Would someone explain what a VETO system is? i played H3 and H4 but i dont understand what this is?
They should add in the veto system from Halo 3 where if the majority of players veto the map and gametype chosen, then it chooses a different map and gametype. Not Halo Reach’s voting system and god forbid the Halo 4 voting system.
