Very Urgent. LAG, LAG and always LAG. Read

2-The game is fixed. But now there is another problem that freezes the screen, also randomly, and takes you to the interface. You play 60 minutes of gameplay and takes you to the interface and gives you as defeat.

3-The game is fixed again but now there is a serious problem that did not happen before: randomly, and I speak of 2 vs 2, in other modes I have never played and I do not know, there is lag. Too much lag. I’ve recorded clips and you see 6 or 7 seconds of lag. Thus it is impossible to dodge attacks by leaders, perform them and move troops without being killed.
You see that the troops are going extremely slow, do not obey orders and then, everything goes to camera fast 4 seconds in what you see what really has already happened.

4-That error is reported in the forum. It is updated again but not fixed. It adds another very serious error that is weighing the game completely: Sg Forge and his invincibility during the first 7 minutes of departure, his overwhelming PEM.

5-The game is updated again and THE LAG theme is still NOT FIXED. It is desperate that it is still not fixed. Sg Forge is still not well balanced and continues to dominate the leader landscape.

Final summary:

The game has become a Sg Forge + Sg Forge VS my partner and me. Always or almost always. There is an imbalance and people are going to take advantage of it as if it were the Black Friday sales. I play to win, but also to have fun and I neither win nor amuse myself because I refuse to catch a leader that I do not like however powerful they do.

The lag is a theme that takes two updates without being fixed. Something has to be played because it makes two updates PERFECT in that sense. It’s been since an update. It always fixes something and spoils other things.
It is a very desperate subject and we believe it should be remedied once and for all.

Feel you on the lag issue. Cant dodge any leader powers atm. Will stop playing until this is fixed

We appreciate the data you have provided in the past, and they are still investigating what is causing it for you. Essentially, what the network stream is saying is that your network is instead of being a constant flow, is waves of data being served to your client. The developers are saying your network log shows that your ISP has high bursts of packet loss. This causes waves of data to be sent to try to make up for it, which creates that pausing of the simulation and then it rushing to complete it.

Can you try a different ISP? When looking up information on Movistar, it looks like it has a near monopoly on service there, so this may not be a possibility.

To say that it is not adequate is very serious information, the truth. Basically because it goes perfect. We play Street of Duty, FIFA, NBA 2K, Halo 5, Battlefield, Battlefront, … and in none it gives us even a millisecond of lag. That is why having 8 seconds of lag with a strategy game that requires much less in terms of data than the games mentioned above, because it is something that is not logical. In addition, the game has always worked perfect, always. The lag came up two updates, all at once. For all these reasons, it is not a valid or correct answer that Movistar is to blame. It is something that you have played in the update. By the way, Movistar here has the highest quota but there is Orange and Vodafone.

I have done no programming in this game, I’m only trying to relay your problem back to the devs and provide you with an update.

I am suggesting something that may help, and help us identify the problem. Your numbers are talking about a parent company, and not a sub section with its own architecture which may or may not be causing a problem. I find most of your comments trying to incite instead of being helpful, while I understand you are angry about this, venting anger at me is not going to help your situation. I do want to get this problem solved, but its a difficult problem and few people are reporting similar results to yours, identifying why something is happening remotely with very little information is tough. We can see that there is something cause loss of data, and an ISP dropping packets is a definite possibility.

Agreed, it should not be causing a problem. I’m trying to ask for more data points here, remotely debugging why we are having bad network connectivity with a person is really difficult. I’m going to ping the thread to see if there are any tools we can get you to help figure out whats going on.

Other week without solve the problem…

Im from Portugal and the game is always going down online, sometimes I can play a 3v3 for 5 minutes and sometimes for 45 minutes but in general I never finish a game because of a something error that occurs and go to title screen.
