I have noticed that the spartans forearms look incredibly thin and almost robotic looking. A spartan is a combat ready human who has undergone a ton of physical training and this should be reflected. Just looks so strange!
Looks fine to me. Bulkier than most the older games that’s for sure (albeit it’s dependent on body type as well).

Did you equip the robot arms maybe? That might explain it. Otherwise, I’m not seeing the thin arms you’re seeing 
Not sure what you mean? They seem perfectly bulky to me… they shouldn’t look like body builders like Arnold in his prime
I think you’re looking at a spartan with prosthetics equipped because spartans look the same as the always have.
