The only reason I bought this game NEW! was because it was said to have 3d anaglyph support during its development!! Even saw some in game footage and it was awesome with my red cyan glasses. Finally got the game and when i try to switch to 3d mode ONLY 3D TV"S Supported!!! WHO CAN AFFORD ONE OF THOSE!!! Im not buying one just because of ONE GAME!If they do not realease a patch to fix this issue I AM NOT BUYING HALO 4. There is no reason it should NOT have anaglyph support. Sad to say I am very dissapointed. Way to go 343. >:[

Damn, but no, 3D support should and only will be for 3D TV’s.
It was added for those who have and own a 3D TV to have, there is no benefit to having it regardless.
Where did you first sees these anaglyph Halo CEA screens/videos?
When CEA was further fleshed out months ago, one of the new features however that was announced was the <mark>stereoscopic 3D support that the game will offer for people that already have a 3D HDTV</mark> at home.
3D is a dead and useless technology anyway, and using those glasses just make the experience worse, not better.
