VERY disappointed with the LE's "movie"

Am I the only one that is VERY disappointed that we got a CODE, instead of a actual CD with the movie on it? I mean, i was expecting a CD, and a cover for it, not a stupid code so that we could download it/watch it online. I have a really bad internet connection, so this is just bull**** on my end, i can’t watch it online, so i really hope we can at least download it to the xbox.

Personally, this ruined a lot for me in the Limited Edition, and i won’t be buying another one most probably due to this. Very disappointed with it. I was really hoping for a cool cover, and a CD i could set up with my other Halo franchise, for the looks… A coupon is not the same.

But yeah, this is my rant. Am i the only one that’s very disappointed with it?

I was half expecting a disc as well but oh well im not complaining. At least I don’t have to buy the actual dvd unless I want it on blu ray.

Sounds like you should have saved your money for a better internet connection and bought the standard edition instead.

Looks like you should have read around… I have known It was a code for several months.

That would cost thousands of dollars, since we live far away from pretty much everything. And you can’t just “get a better internet”. We have to call our internet provider, ask them to set up new lines, fix current ones, etc etc.

Which would cost a crapload of cash… I’m talking about at least $10.000 dollars.

And yeah, our internet provider is an -Yoink- :s

I have to agree with you. Though it is more of an anti-piracy tactic to keep people from burning copies for their buddies. Thing is though, you just know it will pop up on torrent sites everywhere in like no time at all.

My internet connection sucks balls too and I too bought the LE so I have to live with my choice. Frankly I’m failing to see the value in the LE.

If you are going to get something that cost $100, I’d think you’d take the time to actually look at what comes with it. Idk that’s just me

As others have pointed out, it was clearly stated you get a code. But look, you get the game and a map pass, which have a combined value of $85, so it’s not like you paid a lot extra to get the LE. You should be more disappointed that FUD is so lame, no matter how you watch it.

It’s better of you watch it in high definition (I watched the first three episodes as 1080 YouTube videos, but it’s still lame.
