I noticed someone with an emblem that had “Veni Vidi Vici” on it. Does anyone know how it’s acquired? Considering that he’s the only person I’ve ever seen with it, I can’t imagine it’s in the normal REQ pool.

You can only obtain it from attending a HCS Live event in person. It’s pretty rare.
Only way to get it is by attending HCS live event

HCS Live Event. You can only get it by attending a HCS sanctioned LAN event.
Its identical to the other HCS one with a few small changes and some animation in it.

You have to go to an HCS event in real life.
