Ayup. You have to get an -Yoink- of assassination kills
Every Pre-Order Armor, aside from Fotus, is unlockable in-game through ranking up and/or finishing challenges. The Venator Armor requires a ton of assassinations so if you really want it, start backstabbing.

And Locus helm.
I already played games where people were boosting those assassinations. I guess they really want that armor.
You will be xp’d ban for boosting for this achievment.
Go take a look at the ban sticky.
Plenty of Assassination boosters having to wait days to get xp again.
Just play gametypes where you can sneak on people, use active camo.
No one needs to help you get this. You can get it fairly. Earn it.
Of course they want it. ¡It looks like a Dead Space armor!

Fotus armor is unlocked at level 130.
