Introduction
Ok so as everyone knows this new halo game will be developed on the new upcoming Xbox One. This new game will produce cloud gaming and a higher quality experience when playing multiplayer. I actually have a few wishes and hopes for the Halo Xbox One and would like to post them below. If you have any questions, comments or additions feel free to post below.
Vehicles
Now with cloud gaming it is possible for larger vehicular warfare because understandably the old gaming consoles had limitations to map sizes and amount of commands to action ratio but now with the xbox one the ratio is alot larger so bigger scale battle equals bigger scale maps, fights and vehicles. Which in the end is bigger fun.
UNSC Vehicles

-Pelicans… come on 343 industries since the very first halo every player wanted to fly a pelican in multiplayer. ie. could be used for troop transport or air support.
-Falcons… used in Halo: reach requires teamwork to be used properly good for most big team battles and fun to fly.
-Hornet… more solo based flying with assistance from teamwork great for objective maps and good air support.
-VTOL… another solo based flyer produced by Mega Blocks and is non-canon at this stage. I believe they should think about adding something or making something really unique.
-Sparrowhawk… a great addition to any match with decent sizing, this offers air to ground support and will allow forces to have different gameplay tactics.
-Vulture… is a Uber vehicle which is just too awesome to leave in one game bringing this into a first person shooter of halo will certainly show this vehicles full potential and destructive power.
-Sabers/ Booster Frames/ Short Swords/ Long Swords/ Broad Swords/ Frigates… this is a long shot but imagine if 343 industries created a new gametype called space slayer or space objective and it was like the mission from Halo: Reach where you do certain objective and eventually take down the enemies frigate… for the win. Could be a very extreme assault or invasion game type which switches between covenant and UNSC. First starts off kill the enemy flyers then deliver a device, bomb etc. to the heart of the ship defend and then escape. And has multiple rounds.
Ground Vehicles
-Warthog… this goes without saying the most iconic and recognizable vehicles that symbolizes halo. It should have multiple variants like the rocket hog, default hog, Gauss hog and the troop transport.
-Mongoose… this is quite a fun vehicle to use and allows some good gameplay elements.
-Scorpion Tank… quite the beast of a vehicle it is extremely accurate and immensely powerful. This tank is a great asset and definitely should be in the next game as it strikes fear it players and thus should be feared giving a good experience and great game changer.
-Siege Bike… this is a non-canon vehicle developed by Mega Blocks, this is like a ghost but a human version showing that the humans may have reverse engineered parts of the ghosts or tried copying them with a twist.
-Mantis… seems overpowered at times but it certainly changes the game play and can bring a team back from defeat to winning.
-Cyclops… I know the mantis is a mech too but the cyclops is an exoskeleton suit and would be quite awesome to use.
-Elephant… this was used in Halo 3 Sand trap and thus made the map and game memorable. This was so fun in objective because one you could move your base and two it was a boss of a vehicle and so fun to use.
-Mammoth… This GOD of a vehicle is just way to awesome to leave in campaign and would be the most awesome and catastrophic and memorable asset to the next halo game in matchmaking.
-Grizzly Tank… a variant of the scorpion but it should be used in some form or manner this was an awesome vehicle in Halo Wars and then again in Halo: Spartan Assault. I hope this at least makes a cut somewhere maybe Spartan Ops or Firefight or Campaign or Matchmaking or at least Forge for custom games.
-Cobra… a unique vehicle which should find a spot somewhere in the campaign or spartan op or anything really.
-Wolverine… a anti air vehicle which could be used to decimate and destroy covenant air forces in a instant. This would be awesome to see in the future halo game.
I don’t mean to cut down your ideas, but I think thats too many vehicles. With many of them sharing a similar purpose. Like what is the point of having an elephant when you have the mammoth?
The frigate could be implemented in a similar way to the Titans in Battlefield 2142. look it up

I 100% agree with this. I just meant these are all possibles… or maybe if they do have most of them have some in campaign/firefight/spartan ops specific missions/levels they could also just be in the forge list for customs games.

VTOL just means Vertical Take off and Landing.

Well, as I suggested on another thread, perhaps not every vehicle will be on every map:
Map 1: Cobras v Locusts
Map 2: Wolverines v AA Wraiths
Map 3: Scorpions v Wraiths
Map 4: Scarab v Mammoth
Map 5: etc.
Covenant Vehicles

-Phantom… come on 343 industries since the very halo 2 every player wanted to fly a Phantom in multiplayer. ie. could be used for troop transport or air support.
-Spirit… this is just a unique covenant vehicle that is mostly used for troop transport would be cool to fly one of these at one stage. In campaign Captain Jacob Keyes flies one out of the covenant super carrier to escape.
-Banshee… this is always in halo as a flying vehicle and is already quite unique. Love using this vehicle and should continue to use it in further multiplayer and other match types.

-Vampire… this is an anti-air vehicle and so should be put into multiplayer for big team battles and game types like that for better game play options.
-Lich… this could be a troop transport or something awesome for invasion assault. Don’t know really what to use this for but it would be awesome to see more of it.
Ground Vehicles
Spectre… this is like a counter part to the default warthog. I chose this as the elites have returned as one of the enemies in the reclaimer trilogy and would be awesome to see this vehicle again.
Revenant… this is like the counter part to the gauss warthog with a covenant mortar twist. I chose this as this also would be awesome to return somewhere in future halo games and it is an elite designed vehicle.
Ghost… this is a unique and significant vehicle that was in evry halo game to date. I enjoy using this as it is quite balanced and really adds some fun game play.
Locust… This is like a mech for the covenant I really would like to see this in a halo first person shooter as it definitely had a quality and memorable experience when using. The future of this vehicle could be quite amazing in the new halo reclaimer saga.
Wraith… This is the covenant mortar tank which is quite a game changer. I enjoy using these in team based game types it would be great to continue to use this vehicle in new halo games.
Wraith (Anti-Air)… This is like a covenant version of the rocket hog with the armor of a scorpion tank. I believe that we should at least be able to pilot/drive one of these in any game type.
Scarab… This would be a great counter-part to the mammoth. Imagine using one of the biggest, bad–Yoink- vehicles in all of halo, in the mulitplayer or at least ofrge and custom games.
Shadow… I know this was only a transport vehicle for covenant vehicles and supplies with a turret but it added a little content that was enjoyable in halo 2. I would enjoy seeing this again in Halo Xbox One.
Shade Turret… many variants of this vehicle exist, one with a seat, one like a ball, one with a plasma shield. I believe that 343 industries should add all three and allow player or forgers to cycle between different variants for game play purposes.
Harvester… this new vehicle appeared in halo 4 spartan ops. This is like a covenant scarab but used for excavation and digging, I would enjoy seeing or battling a war harvester in halo 5.
Prowler… this should only return if the brutes make a return some where in the future halo reclaimer saga. This is like the Spectre and Warthog but with a unique twist it can hold four people and slide around like crazy.
Chopper… this should only return if the brutes make a return some where in the future halo reclaimer saga. This is like a heavy version of the ghost and is really a boss of a vehicle.

Maybe if they only make it so you can have all these vehicles in a global warfare playlist where it’s just chaos and then have the normal vehicles in the other playlists.

Forerunner speeder… Not much to say on this race as it is very mysterious and not much is known about them. This is just a default name for maybe a forerunner fast agile vehicle. Counter part to ghosts, mongooses, choppers etc.
Forerunner Tank… Not much to say on this race as it is very mysterious and not much is known about them. This vehicle was said to be a tank of immense and deadly power as well as being swift enough to maneuver at high speeds. Would actually like to see some iterations of forerunner vehicles. Counter-part to scorpion tank or wraith etc.
Forerunner Uber Vehicle… Not much to say on this race as it is very mysterious and not much is known about them. This is just a default name for maybe a forerunner super heavy tank. Counter-part to Scarab, Harvestor or Mammoth etc.

I think we don’t know enough to even determine what Precursors used (besides star roads). I mean Precursor vehicles? That is a little too much. But the Forerunner vehicle ideas are pretty interesting. : )

I only put the basic type categories for each faction… I understand forerunners would have vehicles but honestly I don’t think precursor would as they are mostly biological or trans sentient and can project conscientiousness into beings. I also believe each faction should have new and more advanced vehicles to imitate that the race and factions technology is ever advancing still and continues to create more weapons and vehicles of war.

The PRM is an agile but lightly armored Promethean construct armed with a heavy-duty hard-light blade (RT) and a hard-light shield (LT). It’s hard light shield does not take damage from overcharged Plasma pistols. Crouching will cause the vehicle to emit heavy hard-light shield, which will repel an overcharged Plasma Pistol round, around it and will slowly (very slowly) repair the construct. However, it can not move while crouching and the hard-light shield, though tough, can be destroyed. There is a cool down for your crouch mode. The PBM is a extremely heavily armored behemoth that has heavy suppressor-like turret (RT) and an duel incineration cannon system (LT), which can track on to vehicles. Sprinting will sacrifice armor and fire power for agility temporally, and crouching will do vice-versa. While crouching and sprinting, your weapons will overheat much more quickly. If an enemy spartan high-jacks the machine, the PBM can sacrifice a large portion of it’s health to deliver a colossal stomp, which will kill the spartan on you.I have posted this on another thread and I want to clarify that the names are just placeholders and I do not plan on having these vehicles looking like the UNSC Mantis.
