I hope that certain vehicles return in Infinite, such as the chopper and revenant.
I also hope that you can change colors of the vehicles in forge like you could with the mongoose and warthog in Reach.
I believe this new game has some serious sandbox potential, maybe to even include the most vehicles out of any halo game (and no, I don’t mean REQ variants or anything like that, I just mean the baseline vehicles).
Chopper and Revenant definitely need to come back. They also need another UNSC air vehicle, unless they strengthen the wasp. That thing is made of paper.
Pelican would be nice, 64 player multiplayer would be totally amazing Battlefield 2142 + halo = make something like that in multiplayer lol, The vehicles additions would be amazing. Aliens vs humans would be some good scenarios.

I want to see a medium sized team vehicle, something like an APC that requires a driver and gunner to be offensively capable, like the Warthog but bigger, with room for two or three passengers. This could be a new sort of UNSC armored troop vehicle with an explosive rapid fire auto-cannon, or a reimagining of the Covenant Shadow from Halo 2, with heavy shade turret.

they don’t need another UNSC air vehicle, they just need to bring the hornet and falcon back. Maybe make the spirit a pilotable vehicle and as a counterpart to the falcon.
As for the Vulture, I think much like the scarab it should be treated differently form just a typical air vehicle. More like a platform that hovers (instead of flies) over the battlefield until the engines get damaged (much like scarabs legs) then you can board and attack the rector, or just shoot off the vent on the back (just like the back of the scarab) and expose the core that way.
I’d rather have a more modest sized vehicle sandbox(at least at launch) with greater mechanical variety than larger one that just has boring 1:1 faction equivalents.
For me the wishlist is Mongoose, Warthog, Falcon, Ghost, Revenant, Banshee, and Chopper. As far as tanks go I just want to see a bit more variety rather than simply the usual Scorpion vs Wraith heavy armor mirror matchup. Maybe replace one of them with a lighter, faster tank while leaving the other the slow, heavily armored death dealer.
The Mantis I could either take or leave as it is now(though I wouldn’t be bothered if it just replaced the Scorpion as main UNSC armor I doubt that would happen). I also wouldn’t mind if the lowered the armor and increased its speed to make it something more akin to the chopper than a tank.
Phaeton and Forerunner vehicles need to go back to the drawing board until they can find a unique gameplay angle(transforming?).
Long story short the more asymmetry in the sandbox the better and I would rather have a minimalist sandbox that leaves more room for truly new additions than one that is filled to the brim with say the Warthog, Covenant Warthog, Forerunner Warthog, and you get the idea.
I would like to see the Booster, Seraph, Spectre, Shadow, original black rocket hog, chopper, and a lot of abandoned vehicles, or ones from Wars or in lore. I’d like to see the Cyclops as well.
I think the elephant could definitely use more love. It’s only been featured in one mission (in the fps titles of course) and halo wars too. But the scarab is also pretty fun to fight as well. If halo infinite has the flood and a scarab i’ll buy 100 copies

I like your ideas too but i disagree with the tank one. The wraiths are generaly faster, smaller and deal less damage than a scorpion
Covenant needs Locust as counterpart to Mantis and definitely needs Revenant/ Spectre. Vulture was a missed opportunity on that pelican mission in Halo 4, and I would like them to rectify that for Halo 6.

Dual rapid-fire fuelrod or bust. We all know what the Revenant really needs is even more explosions. Just give me Reach’s vehicle sandbox+Chopper and I’ll be happy. Miss doing Falcon close air support runs with my pals.
I don’t care to see too many vehicles, but the Revenant and the Chopper are both favorites of mine.
It’s important to remember that the reason most players who have fond memories of these do because of the roles they occupied in the sandbox for their respective games; the dynamic couldn’t help but be different if they existed in the same game as each other, let alone in the same game with all the other Halo vehicles that have come and gone. It could be amazing, or it could be a mess.
I just wish people would keep that in mind when they ask for Infinite to include every single sandbox element and game mechanic from all the prior Halo’s in it.
With all that being said, if they find a good niche in the sandbox for the Chopper and/or Revenant and aren’t just including it to have it there as fan service, I’m all about it!

Lmao, if the Revenant did return, I hope they leave that little awkward Sniper glitch out of it. The revenant is fine how it is, with one medium sized plasma mortar and a passenger seat that doesn’t grant you H2 jackal accuracy.
Aside from that, I’d like the reintroduction of the Falcon to encourage more team play and the chopper. As far as new vehicles, I don’t really care, but I’d love to see them implement the Locusts
