It looks like Halo will get a few more vehicle variants to make the customization and req packs more interesting.
Halo already has these:
Gatling, Gauss, Missile, and Transport Warthogs.
Wraith and AA Wraith
That’s about all I can think of for vehicle variants. What are some variants that you would want of your favorite Halo vehicles?
I’d like to see the CE scorpion come back as a variant.
Also: Concussion rifle ghost (shoots slower than normal ghost, but better at taking down armored enemies) and needler ghost (pimped out ghost with giant needler spikes everywhere. Great for shredding infantry).
Revenant - AA Revenant (343 doesn’t seem to like it so it’s unrealistic anyways)
Halo CE Rocket hog (best hog design/type ever) - Spartan laser hog
Needler Ghost (plays fantastic on HCE dev version)
Chaingun falcon - Grenade falcon (same as point 1)
Spectre - Needler/Brute shot spectre (see point 1)
Sadly you’re probably right, but the variants and newer/more powerful vehicles could spice up Warzone. If your enemy takes to the skies in banshees, phaetons etc… you could whip out AA wraiths/revenants and blast them back to earth. So they invest in scorpions/splazer hogs/grizzlies to take out the all-powerful AA wraith. Then you drop a scarab on them. VICTORY!
I’m not sure I’d do a brute shot specter. I think the prowler should get that variant. Specter can have a plasma launcher/caster and a focus rifle.
New vehicle types/variants I would like to see:
1)Classic Wraith. That will make people stop complaining about the new design.
2)Some Promethean Equal to the Wraith or Scorpion.
3)Space Banshee from Reach. It would be nice if they added it.
4)Locust from Halo: Wars. Possibly to counter the mantis.
Scorpian Scarab.
Variant of the Scarab walker that shoots Scorpian tanks that shoot Scarab beams.
Mongoose and Gungoose are two variations. I wonder if they will be more in depth though. For example, I wonder if the megablocks vehicle they showed a while ago will be a variant of the mongoose (Blue motorcycle with tank-like tires)
I really would like to see the return of the Revenant!!!

Give us a flamethrower Hog, I will be happy.
i think that just means we’ll get vehicles with increased damage or firing rate with skins with stripes or whatever to tell them apart. i dont think that actually means different variations like normal vs gauss hog.
