One thing I haven’t seen in any of the new released videos showing off the customizations is vehicle skins.
I had brought this up in another thread prior to the embargo, because the Urban Scorpion card showed the same logos as the other single use cards during the first REQ article.
So how do you feel about the possibility of vehicle skins being single uses? And more importantly, probably means they will be Warzone only uses as well.
I can see them being Warzone exclusive, but single use only?
I’m beginning to lean towards the possibility that there aren’t vehicle skins, but more along the lines of Legendary Vehicles. Someone had pointed out before that the Urban Scorpion looked like they brought the machine gun turret back. It might be a feature specific to that card alone.
So many questions like this will become very clear on Monday when the embargo lifts. 
I think it more than likely will be something like ‘vehicle skins that you can use once, then actually use whenever you pick a vehicle’, just like the BR skins and such.

IDK, just going from the descriptions and images on the Blog, all permanent cards, including weapon skins, have a border around the card frame. All single use cards are borderless.

Improbable that you get a certain time frame to have the ability to use your energy towards it? It’s not like you get it ALWAYS, you still have to get to the appropriate level, and use the energy. Just spit balling ideas here.

It would make more sense for it to be a permanent skin you could take on or off.

Same goes for legendary weapons, yet they are single use as well.

I’d assume they would be more like variants rather than skins. Say like a scorpion with less explosive damage but fires faster, or one with a bigger gun that fires slower.
Maybe even an AA Wraith since they are likely single use cards.
They could be like ‘‘Legendary’’ versions. I’m sure the skins are always on
I think forge will allow skin customization.
Skins on a weapon (excluding the perma unlock ones) usually indicate a variant that behaves different then the base version. and they are single use.
We’ve known for awhile that vehicles will have variants as well that behave different compared to the base version. So maybe the skins are just a way to indicate the variant. That’s my guess.
I think they are indeed single use, same as power weapons, but will have some kind of buff attached. Perhaps the Urban Scorpion is faster, for movement on roads.

An embargo is an official ban on a product. Various YouTubers including Greenskull here have captured gameplay of Halo 5 at the London press event, but weren’t allowed to upload it until Friday by 343… The same thing is going on here, except the embargo is on information on how everything like emblems, Req Packs, etc. work instead of gameplay.

I believe he’s asking about the embargo itself, not what it is.
