This is something I haven’t seen discussed terribly much, that I personally know is a MAJOR gripe for me: Vehicular combat. It’s definitely something that sets Halo apart from most FPS games, with the way they impliment vehicular play into the game without making every vehicle an absolute monster for regular footsoldiers to deal with.
In Halo: Reach, vehicles were like tissue paper and it was almost like they weren’t aware of what gravity was.
From what I hear, Halo 4’s vehicles (in particular the 'hog) are much better at staying glued to the ground, but what about vehicle damage? I haven’t heard much talk about it.
For those of you who have played: What’s it like? Insanely difficult to put down a vehicle with arms fire like Halo 3, or ridiculously easy like Halo: Reach? Or, more favourably, is it a nice middleground?
