So I’m curious about a situation that happened to me earlier today. I was in a firefight and an elite had hijacked a teammates warthog, I began shooting as other enemies were there and had blown up the warthog (the medal popped up). I was checking my commendation progress after the match, and it didn’t pop any commendations up and said “no progress made on commendations”… but I got the medal… and I know for a fact that getting vehicle destructions in firefight count toward commendations because that’s how I finished my mantis, ghost and phaetona, plus I’ve also gotten wraith destructions as well. Just wondering why this one didn’t pop up. I know others have before and I even got the medal this time… and I don’t know if it updated in waypoint or not, because the last time I looked on waypoint, I was 24/25 on tier 4… and when I looked again, I was 2/50 on tier 5…
Probably just didn’t register which can happen sometimes.

So you’re saying that instead of needing say 47 more warthog destroys (as I’m sitting at 2/50 on tier 5 and that would have put me at 3/50)… I’ll still need 48 since this one didn’t count? Even though it should have?
