Vanity if I am not mistaken is a program that allows you to for the most part to create a rendered Spartan from Halo: Reach using the Armory System (And ingame armor colors) and will allow you to choose any armor pieces you want and in doing so also tells you the requirements ingame to earn that armor both cR and Rankwise. It uses raw assets from the game itself to render armor, helmets, etc. It is third party software that does not link up with the game, simply giving you renders of what you asked it to of Reach Spartans.
Basically what the OP is asking for is a Printscreened render of a Reach Spartan from that program with the specifications he provided.
