I am The President of LXM Clan, LXM VolotuS. For the past few months my clan of 380+ people (180+ spartan company members), has been internally instable. I have not been able to find someone suitable to take the 3rd highest rank in my clan, called: Premier. The old Premier went inactive very quickly. The Premier is the eyes and ears of the President in my clan, as well as the face of the clan. This person is on pretty much everyday, since I can’t usually get on during the week.
