Ussans and the Swords of Sanghelios

[SPOILER ALERT] This post contains spoilers for Halo: Broken Circle.

The Ussans believed in basically everything the Swords of Sanghelios did. When they returned to their home planet, did they join the SoS? It only seems logical for them to help repel the Covenant remnent after returning home since that’s why they hid out in the first place.

I doubt it. They have access to a mini-Halo and potentially a Contender-class AI and you would think those would be important, but we have not seen or heard from them pre or post Halo 4. Here’s hoping they get mentioned post Halo 5.

If I remember correctly, it’s just the remains of a planet that have been arranged in the shape of a Halo.

Are we talking about Shadow of Intent or Broken Circle here? Because the object that is in Broken Circle is what remains of the Refuge, also known as Shield World 0673, after it has undergone the disassembler process, which were then rearranged into a ring shape.

Yeah, I believe people are confusing the two, besides the Prelate destroyed the prototype Ring.

The Ussan’s? makes sense they would join the SoS, but I recon just as allies rather than fully fledged card carrying members, still want to keep their own special identity, they defied the Prophets BEFORE it became all Hipster cool.

And, you know, they’ve got a LOT of rebuilding to do on their own. They aren’t in much of a situation to help the SoS.
