Using xp boosts in arena? how?

Just a quick question as the title states, being a bit of a noob here I can’t see how I use my arena xp boosts?

When you start up a game, look above the player emblems. You should see the option.

Ya it usually says y or b I think to use the XP boost I honestly say that myself when I got those too
