I’m writing a book and want to use the Halo name. Can I do this?
If you’re intending to do like a fan-fiction book, I think you should be ok as long as you follow the Game Content Usage Rules. If this is a book you intend to publish or earn revenue off of in some way (either in sales or advertising), that would require additional oversight from Microsoft and ventures outside my scope / abilities to help.
