User "Unknown" in Spartan Company

Hello,

I have an issue with my Spartan Company roster. We have a user with the name “Unknown” but it doesn’t point to anyone. I think the profile is glitched and it’s taking up a spot in our company. When I try to discharge this person it says “Error! please try again later.”

Is there any way to get this glitched profile removed so I can free up a spot?

I understand that things are stretched thin with the current situation and I wish there was a way for me to help. I assume there are more important matters to take care of so this “Unknown” issue is low priority. I just wanted to get this issue logged so it can be looked at eventually.
