I am unable to play MCC at all as i keep getting “user signed out” notification and returned to main menu. Iv tried everything that has been suggested, deketed and redownloading bith the game and my profile, iv deleted saved data and system rebooted etc and nothing has worked. Its really frustrating as i literally just unlocked everything i wanted to before starting the reach campaign and now i cant play. Please fix this bug.
Same here. I reported this issue last week. After their first response (none of the proposed measures worked) now they went silent. Just gave that typical corporate BS like „thank you for letting us know“, „we apologize“, „we assure you we haven’t forgotten about you. Our team keeps working on this matter to find the cause of the problem“. All of that translates to: we just wait until the next update and hope it goes away. Meanwhile I check every day and of course nothing changes. Just infuriating.

Keep the reports and posts coming, guys. We have to raise awareness for this issue and poke 343 until they finally acknowledge this.
Having the same issue, it’s such BS we can’t play a game we payed for. This game has been broken for the last 7 years…
I spoke with 343 about it briefly, this is what they said:
"Ah, thank you for the screenshot iRyyaan x, that is indeed the behavior we’re seeing from a small amount of users.
We currently do not have a solution for the issue you are experiencing, but will keep you updated if one becomes available.
In the meantime, you should be able to at least play Halo: The Master Chief Collection single player.
In case you didn’t know, Halo: The Master Chief Collection allows you to play Campaign and Custom Games in split-screen and LAN co-op and multiplayer in offline mode, which should allow you limited access to the title.
You can access this setting by navigating from the Main Menu to Options & Career > Settings > Network Tab > Network: Change XBOX LIVE to LAN, click the Back button at the bottom left > Save Settings
I realize this is not a fix or long-term solution.
Please let us know if either the above does not work, or if your issue no longer occurs at any point."
Is this still an issue for you guys? I played last night no issues. Today I’m getting the active user signed out message. I can’t play anything on the MCC. Tried a few of these workarounds and nothing.
